3. GREEN ROUTE-Easiest hike

Elevation: 100’ to 300’
Distance: 3 miles
Roundtrip: Visitor’s Center up No Dogs to Poles back along Lower Moro Trail.
Details: Begin at No Dogs which starts at the north end of the parking lot. No Dogs is a short but moderately uphill walk taking about 30 minutes. No Dogs connects with Poles. There are two paths to Poles. Take either one. You know you’re on Poles because the electric poles mark your way downhill. Be careful on Poles. It is quite steep in places. Go slowly. At the end of Poles you will be at a junction with Lower Moro Canyon, Upper Moro, Mach 1, and West Cut Across. Take the Lower Moro Trail which eventually winds around next to the trailers and back to the parking lot. This is a comfortable walk in the Park with plenty of interesting things to see.
